Wrestling
Wrestling is probably the world’s oldest martial art,
with many references scattered throughout ancient history. In these classes we aim to teach our athletes how to gain control of a standing opponent and teak them to the ground. We take the best from numberous grappling styles such as judo, freestyle wrestling and greco roman wrestling and use them in a system that has immediate carryover in the mixed martial arts enviroment.

Boxing
Boxing is an integral part of United MMA & Fitness’s martial arts program. The high level of hands on coaching druing these sessions makes it suitable for those new to the striking sports. We incorporate bag work, focus pads, glove drills and controlled sparring in an enviroment where learning and technical proficiency are emphasized.

Kids Self-defense Combatives
The best martial arts for children are the ones that teach respect, discipline, encourage education,
and discourage the use of violence. They also strive to build self-confidence and humility. Contrary to popular belief, most martial arts styles are meant for self-defense rather than physical violence. Our primary objective as instructors is to provide our students with the tools needed to excel in the classroom, have respect for themselves and others, and develop physical, emotional, and social wellness. Through the teachings of Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students will learn valuable skills that promote self-defense, discipline, and physical well-being.
