We specialize in the arts of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA and Strength and Conditioning from our Northern Illinois facility located in Dekalb. All of our pubilc classes are beginner friendly so get in touch. Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn self-defense or compete in MMA, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or just train socially, United MMA & Fitness can provide the facility and instruction for these goals.

Training
United MMA & Fitness offers a varied training facility with minimal membership fees. Start on a pay-as-you go basis. For regular attendees, there are monthly and annual discounts available.
Classes
Our Martial arts classes are open to everyone from beginners to advanced, at any age. We offer a handful of the best martial arts around taught by professional instructors in a safe friendly environment. Every class is structured to improve your fitness, flexibility, confidence and coordination. You are welcome to watch or jump in our free intro class at any time.
Cage/Ring Rental
Our facility is available for rent to other clubs or training camps. Please fill out the information below if you would like to rent time at our facility to use the cage/ring.
